2nd Shadow Dragons Internal Challenge (TO=Offspring)

Hey Dragons & Drakes!

The Shadow Dragons soon will present our 2nd Internal Challenge.

It will be a small tourney to promote our competitive spirit and to make the fire inside our souls grow.
The format probably will be a Round Robin (everyone will face everyone), and it might take from 2 to 3 weeks.

Kolodi was the Dragon champion on the last one. Will anyone dethrone him now?

It's now time to start our 2nd internal challenge !!!
So the deadline for registration is tomorrow (Friday 3rd Nov 8:00pm GMT+0 time)... to allow us the start first games this weekend

There should be 10 or 12 players (10 registered now… and if Ahsan or someone else decide to join, then I could play to get an even number of players).
Now here are the rules :

To play several games with new members, discover and have fun with them, we decide to split this challenge in 2 stages and 2 groups.

1/ Stage 1 :

-no direct elimination,
-2 groups of 5 or 6 players (depending if 10 or 12 registered)
-mix new members in the 2 groups (i.e. no group with only “Dragons”)
-in each group, each players play a Bo3 with all their 4 or 5 opponents, (depending if 10 or 12 registered)
-no mill / no stall
-specific Heroes rule : Players MUST use a different hero in each game of same matchup (i.e. use 2 different heroes if it's ended at 2-0, and 3 different heroes if it's ended at 2-1)

Then a Ranking will classify the 2 best players in each group.
=> only the 2 best players/group will move on to next stage !

To calculate the ranking in both groups, a very simple rule will apply = 1 point per game win !
So :
-a matchup won 2-0 => 2 pts player A / 0 pt player B
-a matchup won 2-1 => 2 pts player A / 1 pt player B
Ps: for the final ranking, if 2 players have same total points amount, then the result of their matchup will decide which one is the best.


2/ Stage 2 (only for players ranked 1st and 2nd in stage 1) :

-standard popup rules with direct elimination (no mill/no stall + deck locked),
-each 4 players must send the hero they will choose to the TO (=Offspring) before the start of Stage 2,
-both players ranked n°1 will face the player ranked n°2 in the opposite group.

* Rewards from SD guild :
-750 SC for 1st
-500 SC for 2nd
-250 SC for 3rd
